Today in the SenateNovember 20, 2009:The Senate will convene at 9:45 a.m. and resume debate on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3590, as provided for under the previous order. There will be no roll call votes during Friday's session of the Senate. The next vote will occur at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21. That vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3590, the legislative vehicle for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2009.
