Sen. Carper Congratulates Jane Vincent on her Appointment as HUD’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Administrator

WASHINGTON – Today, Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) released the following statement congratulating Jane Vincent on her selection by the Obama Administration to serve as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regional Administrator for Region III, the Mid-Atlantic region that includes Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia: 

"I want to offer my sincere congratulations to Jane Vincent on her appointment by President Obama to serve as the Housing and Urban Development Regional Administrator for Region III.  Her selection is great news for Delaware.  I am confident that Jane’s involvement will mean that Delaware again has a seat at the table, and will go a long way to ensuring that the First State gets its fair share of available grants and funding.  Jane is a committed public servant with a wealth of experience and I trust her ability to work well with all parties successfully.  I wish her well as she takes on this new challenge."
