On October 1 ^st, millions of Americans and thousands of Delawareans will have access to higher quality, more affordable health insurance for the first time in their lives. That’s because October 1 ^st is the first day that the Delaware health insurance marketplace will open for enrollment. I plan on taking advantage of the new health care marketplace and I hope you will too.
