Delaware Delegation Comments On State Dredging Decision

“We stand by the state’s decision to deny the permit at this time, for many reasons. Most importantly, the Corps’ application was submitted eight years ago and since then the scope of the project has significantly changed. In addition, we are still awaiting the results of the Government Accountability Office’s reanalysis of the cost vs. benefits of the project.”
