Senator Carper’s Kent County Schedule for Tuesday, December 16, 2003

Dover, DE-Senator Carper will spend Tuesday, December 16, 2003, in Kent County. His first stop will be lunch at the Harrington Senior Center where the Senator will discuss and answer questions about the recently enacted Medicare legislation. The day also includes a visit to the annual holiday lunch at the Delaware Commission of Veterans’ Affairs. Senator Carper will then meet with students and teachers from Towne Point Elementary School. Towne Point students made significant gains on the 2003 Math and Reading National Assessment of Education Progress tests (NAEP).
