Senator Carper Serves Up Thanks this Holiday Season

Wilmington, DE- Senator Tom Carper will hold true to his Thanksgiving holiday tradition Thursday, November 25, 2004. The Senator will run a 10K race benefiting the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and he will also serve Thanksgiving lunch at the Emmanuel Dining Room in Wilmington. As he has many times in the past, Senator Carper will visit the Emmanuel Dining Room to serve roast turkey, stuffing, corn and homemade pumpkin pie. The home-cooked food will be donated by Gallagher and Gallagher Caterers and served by their staff and friends, as it has been every Thanksgiving for the last 20 years. On Friday, November 26, 2004, Senator Carper will participate in the Wilmington Jaycees Christmas Parade to officially kick off the holiday season.
