Senator Carper’s New Castle County Schedule

Wilmington, DE – Senator Tom Carper will spend Monday, December 8, 2003, in New Castle County. The Senator will address members of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce at its Legislative Breakfast. The Senator will then attend the 10th anniversary celebration of the Housing Capacity Building Program (HCBP). The HCBP assists nonprofit, public and private agencies in increasing their capacities to serve the housing needs of Delaware’s low and moderate-income citizens. HCBP founder, Susan Frank, will receive an award at the breakfast.
